So another season has concluded here in CCR. There were some interesting moments and quite a few forgettable ones. But we've held on through the ups and downs. Facing all that Season 2 had to offer. So today, I'm going to give you my top 5 best aand worst episodes of season 2. This will consist of two parts. The first being the Top 5 Best Episodes below. And the last being Top 5 Worst Episodes, which wil be linked at the end of this blog. With that in mind, let's move onto the Top 5 Best Episodes of Season 2:
1. The Return of Harmony-
Now, yes this technically counts as two episodes but I prefer counting two - parters as a packaged deal. The Return Harmony was an amazing start for the season. The whole episode was well written, the dialogue was on point, and de Lancie made for a perfect Discord. Shockingly, it's also my favorite Larson episode.... yet.
2. Luna Eclipsed-
This was actually my favorite episode overall this season for two reasons. The first of course being it's so relatable for myself and others considering how hard it is to fit in. The last of course is obvious considering it's about best princess Luna. Mostly about how she been having it since her return.
3. The Cutie Pox-
All - in - all. I chose this as it's been one of the best "no mark" episodes of the CMC yet. It was on - point, well written, and well executed. Something we don't see more of till seasons later.
4. The Last Roundup-
A western episode in nature. The Last Roundup was a toe - tapping adventure of country style entertainment. Not to mention its abridged has one of my favorite songs.
5. It's About Time-
It's About Time was a hilarious take on how the smallest things can have the biggest impact on your future. The plot was relatable, the dialogue was well writtwn. And the character interactions were fun. Well worth an approval for M. A. Larson.
