Top 5 Misconceptions about MLP

HELLOOO and welcome to Cultures Compendium of Reviews! As always, I am Culture Shock. Your guide to all things cultural in Equestria and beyond. Today, I'll be listing off 5 things most people get wrong about our favorite multicolored ponies. Before we begin, let's review the rules. First off, all content within this blog is expressly the opinion of its author. It does not, nor should it ever, reflect the overall opinion of the fandom. Lastly, if any of you notice any mistakes, be it typos or otherwise, don't hesitate to let me know. On a side note, this list will be in no specific order. With that said, let's begin. Shall we?

Okay, so I know I promised a Q and A last week and all. But do to a lack of sufficient material I'll be postponing it again till next week. In the meantime, however, I'll be tackling another controversial in the brony community today. I'll be going over 5 common misconceptions most non - bronies have made over the years. Please note this list will not be exact and should only be taken as an opinion. Also, though the topics are controversial in nature, please refrain attacking the CCR directly.  With that out of the way let's begin:

1. Bronies are Gay-
Okay...I wanna start with this due to how blatant it is. The worst part about this is how most people who make this assumption base it on the fact its a girls show. However, while there LGBTQ members in the fandom, they aren't necessarily the entire fandom. There are indeed heterosexual bronies that love MLP and aren't afraid to show it.

2. MLP is for little kids-
So, this is a completely bias statement. MLP in all its generations has, and always will be, a family show. Regardless of what it's rating may be.

3. MLP is for girls-
Well in that same sense Transformers is for boys. However, much like MLP, it too has gender fluid audience. A show shouldn't be labeled audience genders or age. Unless the content is harmful to young minds of course.

4. MLP is the devils work-
...Uuuugh! This, by far, is the most dumbest misconception. Mostly because a show about cartoon ponies has no influence over a religion. Yet, people still mislabel "fangasming" for false beliefs of satan worship.

5. Pedophilia and Beastiality-
This...has to be the worst one yet. So to explain, pedophilia is the act of sexually or seductively interacting with a minor(s). And beastiality is the illegal act of having relations between humans and animals. Both of which can lead to bad futures. Though, how they relate is completely biased and basrd on illegitimate as the brony community has rarely encountered issues with pedophilia. And furries are often mistaken for beastiality lovers in the long run.
