MLP comic issue # 42, A Pinkie Pie Story That Pinkie Pie Kinda Sorta Remembers, is a slice - of - life comedy from writer Katie Cook and artist Andy Price. With special thanks to Alice Price. It features the team of the sophisticated fashionista Rarity and the lovable partyball herself, Pinkie Pie.

Homestly, I loved this issue because Pinkie and Rarity are just so cohesive as a pair. Rarity's organized compulsive personality just pairs so well with Pinkies unpredictable mentality. When two characters with different styles work so well together it serves to improve the story by quite a lot.

I think the moral of this issue can heavily apply to the fandom. The best gifts you can give someone are better as a team effort. No matter how small it may be. Just remember to work together and put your all into it. Like how Pinkie worked together to create such a meaningful gift.

I can't really say anything about this issue. It honestly had a great moral, a fun and comedic story, and lovable characters. In a nutshell it was an issue worth reading.
